Qualification:

7+ years of technology experience

5+ years of information security experience

Experience managing multiple medium technology development efforts within a major line of business
Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
Ability to communicate confidentially and professionally
Knowledge and understanding of compiling and preparing executive summaries, whitepaper, and presentations for management/senior leaders
Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders
Ability to effectively partner and influence at the executive level
Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
Experience navigating through ambiguity
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Excellent interpersonal skills, including those related to conflict resolution
Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management




Responsibilities:

Partnering with the ICS leadership team to prepare presentations on various information and cybersecurity topics
Support subject matter experts to develop and design comprehensive and clear presentations in alignment with the ICS strategy and various programs
Following Wells Fargo brand and presentation guidelines
