Responsibilities:
During the COVID-19 Pandemic, the Agency is operating in a maximum telework posture for all telework ready employees occupying a telework eligible position.
Lead for data management and in-depth analysis related to operational performance metrics.
Regularly provides advice and guidance to the division chiefs, director, and deputy director within the Distribution Operations directorate.
Routinely evaluates operational performance metrics related to the retail Storage and Distribution missions.
Evaluates cost and/or personnel data in support of operational and/or fiscal objectives.
Recommends corrective actions and develops applicable guidance, policy, and/or procedures to be utilized by distribution centres to achieve approved actions or sought-after results.
