An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 1-year post as Research Assistant with a bioinformatic interest at Oxford Center for Diabetes Endocrinology and Metabolism (OCDEM). The work will uphold a bigger undertaking coordinated by Prof Fredrik Karpe. 

The effective candidate will have exciting opportunity to partake in research exercises of the examination bunch which remembers an expansive range of methods for biomedical exploration. They will be relied upon to analyze crude RNASeq information from human fat tissues. This includes quality annotation, assessing relative transcript abundance and analyze differential articulation analysis between tissues. Involvement with analyzing mammalian RNASeq information, be capable in R and BASH is fundamental.
